Our cutting-edge Mail sort system uses exclusive Voice Recognition technology to begin the delivery process. This module contributes to sorting mail with 99.9% accuracy.
We deliver the mail – and we pick up all outgoing mail, too. As mail is delivered to designated points, outgoing mail is picked up and we PDA scan the barcode at each location, providing digital confirmation of drop-off/pick up.
Mail run times are automatically uploaded to IST Suite to record and track the flow of all mail traffic.
No longer worry about a package’s whereabouts. Once it is off-loaded from the mail truck it is given an internal label with tracking number and recorded on an IST PDA. That tracking number is downloaded into IST Suite and the package is tracked to delivery. Our PDA’s also capture recipient signatures with time stamps to complete the delivery record.

Our digital mail process is simple – we open and scan the physical mail then deliver electronically to the recipient.
