IST utilizes its own legal talent acquisition team to recruit reviewers allowing us to flex project-specific staffing. However, our goal is to retain reviewers and dedicate them to specific clients for their ongoing projects allowing both our reviewers and our clients a greater sense of familiarity and security in work engagements.
