Arthur Schmeiser is a National Director of Forensics for IST Management Services. Arthur has been involved in digital forensic for the past ten (10) years, with the start of his digital forensics career beginning in Law Enforcement. Arthur worked a large amount of criminal and civil computer forensic investigations while employed by the Arizona Attorney General’s office and assigned as a task force officer to an internet/cybercrime’s taskforce with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. This assignment on the federal taskforce was accompanied with the need to testify in state and federal trials and other judicial settings, as he was recognized as an expert witness. Arthur has obtained his Certified Computer Forensic Examiner through the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), along with his Certified Cellebrite Operator (CCO) and Certified Physical Analyzer through Cellebrite. In addition, Arthur has completed his Magnet Axiom certified examiner and Forensic Explorer Examiner. Arthur possesses a bachelor’s degree in public administration and a master’s in information technology from Northern Arizona University. In his spare time, Arthur enjoys spending time with his wife and children, wake surfing and boating whenever the weather permits.

Ryan Horton is a Sr. Digital Forensic Analyst for IST Management Services. Ryan has been involved with digital data and forensics for 7 years. He has served his clients in both civil and criminal cases with a knack for quick solutions to complicated collection needs. Ryan has extensive knowledge in mobile device forensics as well as computer and cloud data collections. He has provided expert testimony in both Federal and State Court for criminal and civil matters. Working with a variety of government and private entities, Ryan has developed a well-rounded set of skills to tackle collections, preservations, analysis, and consulting on multiple matters involving digital data. When he is not conducting analysis, you can find Ryan tinkering with various technologies and gadgets.

Tremayne Brown is a Jr. Digital Forensic Analyst for IST Management Services. He has been involved in digital forensics for several years. He started in the company as a Network Analyst in the IT Support department. He has over 8 years with the company. Tremayne has obtained his Certified Cellebrite Operator (CCO) and Certified Physical Analyzer certifications through Cellebrite. Tremayne has a variety of information technology skills and knowledge, which he has obtained to navigate through even the most difficult collections. In his spare time, you can find Tremayne enjoying movies, listening to music, traveling and spending time with his family.
