Vendor Agnostic Equipment Provision

Our relationships with leading manufacturers provide equipment and service at highly competitive rates. Regardless of the equipment you choose, IST guarantees the following service commitments will be met:

Guaranteed minimum 95% average uptime
On-site response time for service calls at a 2-hour average
Maintenance of equipment in good operating condition
Service, preventative maintenance and repairs provided as needed
Unit replacement at no additional charge in the event a repair cannot adhere to manufacturer specifications
Any unit placed will be Energy Star rated and compliant

Print Center Technology Functions

As with all of our services, we use technology via IST-Suite to ensure we are finding the most efficient, cost effective way to get things done. Our copy center services combine an on-line copy job ordering tool with state of the art copy job management and tracking systems.

IST Copy

A user-friendly, web-based application of IST Suite used to submit copy/print jobs to the print center. You can save time by attaching multiple files to your Request Form, providing detailed instructions.

Copy Track

This module of IST Suite is used to track and report on all site copy / print center jobs. It tracks by department, person, or type of job and allows you to add additional items to be tracked as needed. Reporting is included with both the cost of jobs and ‘charge back’ costs for internal departments being tracked.

Copy Center Dashboard

State-of-the-art dashboard displaying current and pending copy jobs available both online and in the copy center on a large flat screen.

Service Track

The module of IST Suite used to track and report on all equipment repairs and service calls. The system can be utilized to track various types of equipment and multiple service vendors.
