Lori Bloom is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the New York City area. Lori has 17 years’ experience in litigation support/eDiscovery managing projects through all phases of the EDRM process. Lori spent 14 years working at Kaye Scholer LLP assisting case teams on a variety of litigations and implementing best practices. Lori has experience managing a wide range of cases including on IP, patent, pharmaceutical, employment, mass tort, ITC and bankruptcy restructuring matters in federal and state courts as well as MDLs and class actions. Jeff Grogan is the National Director of Training and was recently a Project Manager for IST Discover-E. Jeff has 22 years of experience supporting attorneys in multinational litigations, complex IP litigation, and a variety of business litigation. Previously, Jeff served as Director of Litigation Support and Information Technology at Mazursky Constantine for three years and was in the Jones Day Atlanta office for 12 years. He has taught CIS classes at the college level. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.

Gary Harris is a Senior Project Manager of eDiscovery for IST Management Services. Gary has over 16 years of experience in eDiscovery, document processing and litigation support. Previous to his current position, Gary was a Director of Operations at Excela Technologies and a Senior Operations Manager at Novitex Enterprise Solutions overseeing all aspects of document processing including eDiscovery, Hosting, indexing, and attorney assisted review. Azure D. Hicks is the RCA Certified National Director of eDiscovery Operations for IST Management. Azure is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she received a BBA in Information Systems. While at Georgia Southern, Azure worked in the on-campus Computer Lab where she first found her love of computer technology. After graduation, Azure spent the next decade working in Call Center Operations and Business Analysis throughout North Carolina. At the turn of the millenia, Azure moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she began her career as a CyberForensics Analyst within Bank of America's newly formed internal eDiscovery department. Years later, after leaving the corporate world for the flexibility of the third-party vendor, Azure has worked her way up through the ranks to acquire the knowledge and experience she has today. Heading up project both large and small, Azure focuses on making sure her clients have the tools and education needed to make each project a success. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books by her favorite author, listening to eclectic musical selections and spending time with her family.

Kathleen H. Huerta is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the St. Louis area. Kathleen has over 15 years’ experience in eDiscovery.
