eDiscovery Operations Team

Sara Asgur is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the San Francisco, CA area.  Sara has over 8 years of experience supporting legal teams in a variety of roles.  Most recently she was the eDiscovery and Litigation Support Manager for a eDiscovery vendor based in New York.  Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, East Bay.  She also has the following Relativity certifications: RCSP. RRMS and RCA. Outside of work she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her kids, family and friends.

Lori Bloom is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the New York City area. Lori has 17 years’ experience in litigation support/eDiscovery managing projects through all phases of the EDRM process. Lori spent 14 years working at Kaye Scholer LLP assisting case teams on a variety of litigations and implementing best practices. Lori has experience managing a wide range of cases including on IP, patent, pharmaceutical, employment, mass tort, ITC and bankruptcy restructuring matters in federal and state courts as well as MDLs and class actions. Prior to joining IST, Lori worked as a project manager at UnitedLex and at Epiq in their eDiscovery Managed Service division. Lori holds a degree BA degree from University of Pittsburgh. Worked as an archaeologist prior to her career in litigation support. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son and family, traveling, live music and yoga.

Gary Harris is a Senior Project Manager of eDiscovery for IST Management Services. Gary has over 16 years of experience in eDiscovery, document processing and litigation support. Previous to his current position, Gary was a Director of Operations at Excela Technologies and a Senior Operations Manager at Novitex Enterprise Solutions overseeing all aspects of document processing including eDiscovery, Hosting, indexing, and attorney assisted review. Gary has also worked as a Solution Consultant at PBMS and is certified in Six Sigma. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Azure D. Hicks is the RCA Certified National Director of eDiscovery Operations for IST Management. Azure is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she received a BBA in Information Systems. While at Georgia Southern, Azure worked in the on-campus Computer Lab where she first found her love of computer technology. After graduation, Azure spent the next decade working in Call Center Operations and Business Analysis throughout North Carolina. At the turn of the millenia, Azure moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she began her career as a CyberForensics Analyst within Bank of America's newly formed internal eDiscovery department. Years later, after leaving the corporate world for the flexibility of the third-party vendor, Azure has worked her way up through the ranks to acquire the knowledge and experience she has today. Heading up project both large and small, Azure focuses on making sure her clients have the tools and education needed to make each project a success. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books by her favorite author, listening to eclectic musical selections and spending time with her family.

Kathleen H. Huerta is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the St. Louis area. Kathleen has over 15 years’ experience in eDiscovery.  She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies, and started her career as a Paralegal at a law firm. During her time as a Paralegal, she built several databases and discovered her love for eDiscovery. Kathleen has worked on many different types of matters including DOJ, Attorney General CID’s,  MDLs and Class Actions. She has continued her education through attending Relativity Fest and user group meetings, and has years of experience in collections. She is passionate about giving her clients the best possible eDiscovery support no matter what the challenges are.

Raquel E. Leyva is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the Munster, Indiana area. Raquel has over 13 years’ experience supporting legal teams as an office manager and paralegal. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Network Management, and started her career as a legal assistant at a law firm. She has trial experience in State and Federal court, Bankruptcy, foreclosure, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate, white collar defense and commercial and employment litigation. It was during her time working with litigators that she quickly discovered her love for e-discovery. She is very passionate about her work and is always up for a challenge. Outside of work she enjoys watching her children play sports, traveling, and playing bocce.    

Chuck Neal is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the Cincinnati OH area.  Chuck has over 20 years of experience supporting legal teams in a variety of roles.  Most recently he was the eDiscovery and Litigation Support Manager for a Cincinnati based law firm.  After graduating with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Northern Kentucky University, Chuck went on to complete his MBA from Thomas More College.  In his spare time, Chuck enjoys spending time with his family, watching the latest hit TV show, and planning his family's next trip to the beach.

Cheryl Patterson is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the Dallas, Texas area. Cheryl has more than 20 years’ experience in litigation support/eDiscovery providing Project Management leadership emphasizing eDiscovery, litigation, and data forensics. Cheryl has a proven track record of success managing all aspects of multiple multimillion-dollar projects from conception through completion. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a Computer Science minor from Sul Ross State University.  She also has the following Relativity certifications: RCSP and RRMS. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and working Timing and Scoring at NASATX (National Auto Sports Association, Texas Region) racing events.
