Sharon Munajj serves as national director of the virtual support center for IST Management Services. As a highly skilled and successful leader with over 25 years of comprehensive experience managing personnel, equipment, and resources for large law firms, she is adept at ensuring adherence to organizational goals and requirements while motivating team members to peak performance levels. Sharon’s expertise lies in successfully managing teams of legal document processing professionals, proofreaders, graphic designers, and technical trainers. This expertise led to the development of a tool in Microsoft Excel to assess unauthorized use of a client’s trademark or service mark, leading to a provisional patent for the same. Her solid problem-solving, critical decision-making and communication skills have contributed immensely to her employers. Sharon graduated from LIU Post College with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a concentration in curriculum design and instruction.
