I am thrilled to share with you a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to service excellence: the successful completion of our inaugural round of Virtual Site Audits.


In Q4 of 2023, we embarked on a journey to centralize our site audit process, with the primary goal of enhancing efficiency and streamlining operations. Led by our esteemed National Director of Operations, Charlie Merritt, this initiative marks a pivotal moment in our pursuit of operational excellence.


Key Highlights of our Virtual Site Audit Process:


  1. Timing and Methodology: These audits are conducted quarterly and are deliberately unscheduled, ensuring a comprehensive and unbiased assessment of our sites. Using Microsoft Teams, we can conduct these assessments remotely, providing real-time insights into our locations' adherence to IST systems, technology, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  2. Results and Transparency: Following each audit, results are promptly communicated to both our clients and the IST Leadership Team. This transparent approach fosters accountability and provides invaluable insights into our compliance progress. Furthermore, results are diligently uploaded to our My IST Support Center customer portal, ensuring accessibility and accountability at every level.
  3. Bonus Opportunities: As a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, we have introduced bonus opportunities for our team members. These incentives serve as a catalyst for ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery, further reinforcing our dedication to exceeding expectations.


2023 Manager of the Year is James Love


Each year, we recognize the achievements of our Regional Operations Managers and Operations Managers, and our Virtual Site Audit score factors into their nomination, along with evaluations from clients, employees, and end-users. This year, James Love, Operations Manager in Chicago, IL, is our winner with an overall score of 91.56 and will receive a $500 bonus! Please join me in celebrating James on this achievement.
