Andrew Addison shares, "We were able to turn that around in less than a week and ultimately giving that flexibility to the customer, help them be able to use more of our services, and slowly after that, we began rolling out that feature to all our legal customers that would need a court reporter, and we saw a dramatic uptick in the use of that application."
