IST’s Barcoding Solution Through MSPT

IST's Barcoding solution, a part of our proprietary MSPT software, is utilized by hundreds of nationwide customers to ensure and provide visibility to a wide array of services. The Barcoding Solution can track everything from facilities inspections and hospitality management to minor details, like watering a plant in an end user's office. As customers embrace hybrid work models, the Barcoding solution can track and guarantee on-site touch points, giving remote end users and customers peace of mind that on-site responsibilities are taken care of and service levels remain high.

Managing Tasks: Easy as 123

The process of Barcoding is simple. Daily touch points, such as courier pick-up locations, office conference rooms, hospitality areas, copy machines, and printers, are mapped and uploaded to a remote database, including daily service times. When IST's team completes the required service at the barcoded location, the barcode is scanned by a handheld PDA through IST's MSPT software, capturing the time of service. Each time the service occurs throughout the day, the data uploads to the remote database link. This allows the management team to run real-time reports throughout the day tracking service and gives end-users and clients a guarantee that critical tasks are complete. The data generates into monthly management reports to identify trends and patterns and adjust schedules and resources to ensure the most efficient and optimized service.

In Action at Smith Gambrell and Russell

A great example of the Barcoding solution is at Smith Gambrell and Russell Law Firm, to track the Hospitality Coordinator Service in eighteen different locations on two floors, four times a day. Hospitality Coordinator responsibilities on these runs include ensuring conference rooms, convenience/visitor areas, and kitchens are cleaned, stocked, and always ready to accommodate firm employees, clients, and guests. By utilizing IST's Barcoding service, management and clients have the confidence of knowing the areas are always ready for use and that the appearance of the workspace puts the firm's best foot forward for visitors.
