At IST Management, we celebrate employee recognition every day. I personally share client emails praising team members and celebrating employees who go above and beyond; I highlight these moments company-wide to recognize leaders and showcase IST's collective efforts in delivering top-notch service.


Fostering our culture of appreciation. Employee recognition doesn't just benefit our internal team; it also positively impacts our client relationships. When our employees feel valued and motivated, they are more likely to provide exceptional service to our clients. This leads to higher client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

 

Employee recognition is more than just a pat on the back; it's about validating and appreciating team members' hard work and dedication. This validation can lead to higher job satisfaction, increased productivity, and a sense of belonging within the company. One of our most cherished traditions at IST is awarding the Employee of the Quarter. This accolade goes to individuals who have excelled in their roles and made significant contributions to their teams and the company. These winners are chosen based on nominations from peers, leaders, and clients, ensuring well-deserved recognition.

"Yasmin Pena is one of IST's most overlooked employees, and I believe this is an opportunity to give a long-time employee the recognition she deserves. Yasmin has been working at a high-end retail location longer than anyone and has consistently gone above and beyond for our client and IST workers. What separates Yasmin from the rest is her interpersonal skills. From executive to porter, Yasmine has always been great at making everyone feel welcomed and keeping the energy in the room positive. This is a skill that is undervalued because it is seen as "normal" but I can assure you that the energy that Yasmin brings to the table is not only unique but a strong asset for IST to have…"

"You must hear about Scott Bunn's stellar service all the time, so this will not surprise you.  Scott recently helped with a project that included quite a bit of heavy lifting of a large number of boxes, shifting to and from multiple locations and doing so on a tight deadline.  Scott cheerfully (always) showed up on time, made the moves (sometimes multiples in one day), and made my job so much easier.  We are so privileged to have Scott as a part of our team."
