Our new lab should be completed during the second quarter. We see the lab as an opportunity to do a technology refresh but, more importantly, continue to streamline our processes and increase our overall capabilities. While we don't have any significant gaps in our current capabilities, our goal is to build for the future and provide an evolution of electronic evidence, security, and speed of service.

As you can see from Jordan's comments, IST is on top of its game when it comes to digital forensics expertise. There can be thousands of metadata, and although it can be easily found, some will be extraordinarily difficult to find or retrieve without the right software. Knowing your data is handled by an expert IST forensic analyst and stored in-house with less handoff guarantees exceptional service while securing the integrity of the digital evidence.
