April marks IST's 27th year as The Company with Passion. During this period, our growth has been exponential, as we have pioneered technologies that have not only endured but also effortlessly adjusted to meet the demands of any industry. Despite how expansive of a company IST has become and will continue to grow, our strong sense of community has never wavered. That is our greatest accomplishment.

I take pride in having collaborated with many of you for years and witnessing the successful trajectory of your careers. Last month at our corporate office, we celebrated Amie Crawford's 25th year and Sydney Ayer's 10th year at IST. These kinds of milestones are unique in our modern working environment.

Realizing that numerous individuals have discovered a sense of belonging at IST is a highlight of my role as a CEO. It is this sense of community that has enabled us to achieve a great deal over our 27 years of operation.

First Quarter Campaign: Addressing Food Scarcity with #GiveHEALTHY

Our Quarter One campaign, in partnership with Give Healthy, was a success! We exceeded our goal of raising 2,000 lbs. of food by February, and our final number at the end of March was 3,000, not including the cans of food donated to local food bank organizations throughout the country. I am deeply passionate about addressing food scarcity. No family should feel insecure about their next meal. I want to thank everyone for contributing to this initiative by donating to Give Healthy and bringing in canned foods.

Our next campaign is already underway, supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for our 13th year. Our goal this year is to raise $30,000! I encourage everyone, from our corporate teams to every facility we manage, to get involved and learn more about this essential organization and cause. IST is the Title Sponsor for this year's MUST Giving Gala

IST is proud to be this year's Title Sponsor for MUST Ministries' Giving Gala. MUST has been a part of IST's story from the very beginning, having Dr. Ike Reighard as a personal mentor who encouraged my first steps of starting a company, to now serving as IST's Chief Ethics Officer. IST is fortunate to support various MUST projects each year; from monthly Chromebook donations to Hope House to many drives we participate in to help families experiencing homelessness. The returns have been remarkable. This partnership has made us better community members and, ultimately, greater leaders.

As we embark on IST's 27th year, I want to express my gratitude to all of you for your hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our company's mission.
