As the market and the FM realm grew and changed over the years to come, the big dreams of the small shop on Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta have grown along with them.


From Local Roots to National Reach


The year 2006 proved to be a landmark year for IST as the enthusiastic response from the Facilities Management sector sparked tremendous growth. This new surge of development and progress necessitated a shift to larger offices in Atlanta’s historic Glenwood district. Over the next decade, IST remained committed to its mission, finding significant success with notable accomplishments such as:


  • Establishing nationwide operations across the US
  • An 11% average annual revenue growth
  • A 90% average annual customer retention rate


The culminating successes of the next several years led to the introduction of eDiscovery services in 2013. In opening its doors to serving legal teams and law firms, an influx of clients resulted in legal solutions becoming the most profitable division of IST within five years.


A New Era of Integration and Shifting Technologies 


With a near twenty years of experience under its belt, in 2016, IST prepared itself to transform and enhance its foundation of passionate service, process expertise, and technological innovation into a diversified Integrated Facilities Management model. These changes widened IST’s service portfolio to include eDiscovery, IT, Legal, Records Management, and Document Management under a single outsourced management umbrella. As 2018 rolled in, the universal advancement of technology became the linchpin for IST’s progression, and IST underwent a technological transformation to include tools like Relativity, Cloud9 Explorer, and Celebrite for Legal Service support. 


The introduction of the Halidom in 2019 as the newest HQ complex for the company earmarked a new era of expansion with renewed commitments and determination to expand into global markets. Later on, the addition of Managed Review Services in 2021 marked another notable year of transformative progress at IST, and the ongoing growth of staff, services, and technologies remained a consistent representation of IST’s continued success.
