Sydney Ayers has been with IST since she was hired on as the first corporate recruiter for the Chicagoland area in early 2014. She graduated Cum Laude from DePaul University in 2013, finishing a year early and majoring in Sociology and Organizational Communication. Prior to working for IST, she completed an internship at the Safer Foundation, helping recently incarcerated individuals learn the job search process and find employment. She was promoted into the role of National Director of Talent Acquisition and now manages recruiting and onboarding efforts nationwide—earning best hiring percentage for 2016. She spearheaded IST’s digital recruiting initiative and leads by example. She greatly values working with her team each day. In her free time, Sydney enjoys attending small venue concerts and comedy shows around the city, and finding new Mediterranean restaurants.
Gloria Beltran is a Talent Acquisition Manager for IST Management Services recruiting in Georgia, Arizona, and Indiana, as well as assisting nationwide. She is currently at Georgia State University finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She currently has her Paralegal certification from Kennesaw State University and aspires to attend law school. She also has a certification with GALEO (Georgia Association of Elected Officials) and has interned with Piedmont Public Affairs whom lobby at the Georgia State Capitol. Gloria is a Colombian native raised in New York and Georgia. In her spare time she loves to play soccer, travel, and spend time with her family and her dog, Hershey.
Joseph K. Carroll, SPHR, CMF, is the vice-president, human resources for IST Management Services, Inc. Joe has more than 25 years business experience and is certified as a senior professional in human resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also an internationally certified career management fellow, international speaker and career coach. For the last 25 years he has managed human resources for several facilities management organizations including Amerscribe, Pitney Bowes, Atlanta Legal and IKON. Joe’s publications include articles in the Facility Management Journal, Workforce, Competitive Edge, Office, IHRIM, Legal Management, Business To Business and 301 Great Management Ideas. He has published a book called How To Get a Great Job in 90 Days or Less and has conducted numerous presentations on career management for professional organizations.
Joe has a bachelor of arts degree in English from Queens College and a master’s degree in business administration from the College of Insurance. He is a certified management trainer. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation and the Association of Career Professionals International. Joe is a native of New York City and lives in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife and son.
Katie Farmer is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for IST Management Services, handling the recruiting efforts in Minnesota, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, as well as assisting nationwide. Katie graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Management. She was a part of the Spirit Squad while participating on the Dance Team for one year while attending KSU. She is a national member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), along with holding an officer position in the student chapter while attending KSU. She is new to the recruiting world, but is taking it head on. As a Georgia local, Katie enjoys rooting on the Braves in the summer. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, spending time with friends, traveling, and painting.
Lindsey Foster has been with IST since 2014. As a Senior Talent Acquisition manager, she spearheads recruiting efforts in Texas, as well as providing support to other regions nationwide. Lindsey lives in Rosenberg, TX with her husband and her dog, Ace. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in PR/ Communications. Lindsey is a fun, outgoing person who loves to meet new people wherever she goes. Some may say she has a great sense of humor and can always make the room laugh and smile. Lindsey loves spending quality time with beloved family and friends.

Courtney Day is new member of the Talent Acquisition team, but is no stranger to IST Management Services. She began in 2017, as the front desk coordinator for the corporate office in Atlanta and transitioned to the Talent Acquisition team after a year of employment. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, Courtney handles recruiting nationwide with a focus on Illinois and Indiana. Courtney attended Columbus State University and is currently furthering her education as an English major at Kennesaw State University. When she isn't searching for new talent, Courtney is searching for new foods and wines to try. Although she is a Georgia native, Courtney cheers on the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturdays. Courtney also enjoys spending time with family and friends and the occasional nap.
Alyssa Lemay is a Talent Acquisition Manager for IST Management Services, handling the recruiting efforts in California and Tennessee, as well as assisting nationwide. She began in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Manager overseeing the Chicago, Indiana and Minnesota markets. After welcoming the birth of her first child in 2018, she returned back to the Talent Acquisition team to continue assisting with recruitment efforts for IST. Alyssa attended Georgia Southern University. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog, boating, exercising, and when in season- she loves to cheer on her Braves.
Kerri Lidman is excited to be part of IST Management Services as the National Director of Legal Resource Management based in the corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. Kerri's leadership role oversees the onsite placement of paralegals and legal assistants at law firms, corporate legal departments, and universities.
During the last four years, Kerri was been with her own consulting company that engaged law firms as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer. Kerri has over 25 years legal experience in the Atlanta market, beginning her career as a paralegal and then moving to the management side of a law firm. Kerri has been an Executive Director and COO of law firms for 20 years. Kerri has successfully managed all aspects of a law firm, including branch office administration for the legal department of Zurich Insurance in Atlanta.
Ms. Lidman has been very active with the Association of Legal Administrators for a number of years in Atlanta and is a past board member. Kerri has also been active with the Red Cross providing disaster service recovery help to those in need at local, regional, and national disasters. Presently, she is on the Board of Directors for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta/AFLAC Cancer Center for an annual sporting clay fundraiser “Shoot for All Better” that benefits the patients receiving treatment at the cancer center.
Ms. Lidman is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. degree in business management and earned her MBA in Organization Management from Georgia State University and was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Kerri and her husband enjoy spending time in the North Georgia Mountains, and exploring the many hiking opportunities and wineries in the area.
Greg Mauk is the Vice President of IT Services for IST Management Services, Inc. Greg has over 20 years of IT and Leadership experience. Prior to joining IST, he has served in leadership roles with various organizations ranging from 50 employees to over 180,000 employees.
Greg is currently responsible for providing direction and leadership to the IT Services team, as well as overseeing technology support and services for our clients. Greg studied MIS at the University of Rhode Island. He is originally from the Northeast and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the proud father of 3 boys.
Linda Muller joined the Executive Team at IST Management Services as Vice President, Records and Information based at the corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. Linda's leadership role oversees support to clients including the design, implementation and maintenance of records management systems as well as policy, procedure, and protocol development.
In her prior role as Ricoh Legal’s Principal Consultant, Linda provided strategic information management compliance consulting with many Fortune 500 and AmLaw150 customers centered on legal records management, document workflow and managed services. With twenty-five years’ experience in records and information management, primarily international law firms including Perkins Coie LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP, Linda has successfully managed technology implementations, data conversions, practice management problem-solving and solution building with legal practice groups, administrative departments, and regional offices.
As a Certified Records Manager and Information Governance Professional, Linda has been instrumental in building strategic records management compliance plans for organizations by providing an in-depth analysis of existing RIM processes. As a trained TQM facilitator, Linda has led global teams to standardize firm-wide procedures, records retention policies, destruction guidelines, space management and construction of decentralized service centers.
Linda is an active member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) earning her certification as an Information Governance Professional (IGP), Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), Association of Imaging and Information Management (AIIM), Certified Electronic Records Management Practitioner (ERMp), International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and Information Records Management Society of the UK (IRMS). Linda is also a Contributing Advisor to the Master of Archives and Record Administration (MARA) program at the San José State University School of Library and Information Science.
Vanessa Sandoval is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager handling recruiting efforts in FL, LA, KT and GA, as well as nationwide. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Biotechnology. Vanessa is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health at Emory University in Atlanta. Her passion is to educate the underserved community about oral health and prevention. In her leisure time, she serves her local church as a youth minister and worship leader. Traveling and spending time with her family are both very close to her heart. As a native-born Colombian, Vanessa enjoys dancing, the theatre, and comedic novellas.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager for IST Management Services, Raiany Silva handles recruiting candidates nationwide, focusing on our client sites in New York & New Jersey. She is currently enrolled in The NTA (Nutritional Therapy Association) Program, studying to become a trained Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) to help heal the world one holistic choice at a time. Among her passions for health and wellness, Raiany has practiced and interned under multiple courses, influencers and global movements to further shift the health paradigm towards more holistic and sustainable practices in food and wellness--such as practicing under NGI (Natural Gourmet Institute) Located in New York City to combine her holistic knowledge with plant-based cooking, designed to heal the body through culinary nutrition. When Raiany is not reading up on the latest superfood discovery, she can be found in the kitchen testing new recipes to contribute to her online health blog, looking for the next traveling adventure, or spending time with her loved ones.
Hannah Wells joined IST in 2017 as a Recruiting Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources. She has since been promoted into the role of National Director of Sales Training and Recruiting, overseeing the full cycle recruitment and training of the IST eDiscovery Sales Team. Hannah has a BS in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama, with a concentration in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Prior to joining IST, Hannah cultivated a passion for customer service and team development through her work experience in hospitality sales and hotel operations management. She grew up in an Air Force family, attending eleven schools in over ten states across the country, but will forever claim Alaska as home. In her free time, Hannah enjoys painting, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dog, Juneau.
