Kaci Barker is an account executive for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the Houston market for eDiscovery. Kaci graduated from University of Houston, receiving a bachelor’s in Integrated Communication with a minor in Marketing. Kaci has a background in sales, online presence services, and brand representation. She has worked with companies ranging from local businesses to Nissan, Harley-Davidson, and Moet-Hennessy. She also volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, which provides scholarships to youth, as an active member on the Breeder’s Greeters committee. Kaci’s core objectives are customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and ensuring efficiency. In her spare time, Kaci enjoys working out, networking, exploring, and traveling.
Lori Bloom is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the New York City area. Lori has 17 years’ experience in litigation support/eDiscovery managing projects through all phases of the EDRM process. Lori spent 14 years working at Kaye Scholer LLP assisting case teams on a variety of litigations and implementing best practices. Lori has experience managing a wide range of cases including on IP, patent, pharmaceutical, employment, mass tort, ITC and bankruptcy restructuring matters in federal and state courts as well as MDLs and class actions. Prior to joining IST, Lori worked as a project manager at UnitedLex and at Epiq in their eDiscovery Managed Service division. Lori holds a degree BA degree from University of Pittsburgh. Worked as an archaeologist prior to her career in litigation support. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son and family, traveling, live music and yoga.
David Bonson is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the San Francisco Bay Area. David has 13 years’ experience in eDiscovery/Litigation support service, has worked for multiple AMLAW 100 firms and most recently was the Senior Manager of eDiscovery with the Walmart Legal eDiscovery team. Working with case teams on various litigation matters for several years has given David an extensive working knowledge of Relativity and how it best serves clients. David has also been a Trial Consultant with ACT in California and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Mathematics. David is happily married and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
Tony Brown is a Regional Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services. Currently he is responsible for cultivating new relationships and driving new business as well as managing existing relationships in the Greater Chicago area. Tony brings to IST 14 years of experience consulting Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments in the area of eDiscovery services and Litigation Support. Outside of work Tony enjoys spending time with his three boys, mostly in a hockey arena. He also looks forward to traveling all around the Midwest to various National Soccer and Hockey tournaments that his sons participate in throughout the year. Tony stays active in his community by Coaching youth Soccer, Hockey and Track n Field events.
Greg Caraway is Vice President of Legal Solutions for IST Management Services. Greg has over twelve years of experience leading project teams in the management of extremely large document processing and review engagements involving multiple terabytes of data. Previous to his current position, Greg was a Director of Client Services at DTI and a Practice Support Project Manager with Jones Day LLP. Greg has also worked as a Litigation Trial Consultant for GDC Animation creating trial graphics and animations. Mr. Caraway is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Design Computing.
Claire Caruso is a Managing Vice President for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the Chicago market. Claire graduated from The University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business receiving a bachelor’s of business administration in both marketing and management. Claire has a strong background in entrepreneurship, having held a coveted office in the Bedell Entrepreneurship Learning Laboratory, the country’s largest student incubator for students pursuing a startup while attending college. A team thinker with strategic business intellect, Claire thrives on taking partnership management to new levels. She has had tremendous success in her previous role as marketing coordinator at SK Models. This unique industry allowed her to travel and learn about new cultures. Unbridled enthusiasm, a strong sense of corporate citizenship and a high standard of ethics are at the core of her capabilities. As a solution driven person, Claire’s philosophy is simple; service is the reason behind results! In her spare time, Claire advocates for sustainable practices, enjoys Hawkeye football games, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Lenora Caruso is a Regional Vice President for IST’s St. Louis Market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She graduated with a dual degree in Elementary and Middle Level Education from the University of Northern Iowa before moving into sales. She has spent time as an expat in China, Singapore, and Mexico developing strong communication skills, allowing her to effectively deliver exceptional customer service. Her volunteer efforts include supporting Girls on the Run, an organization which helps develop self-esteem in young girls. During her free time, Lenora enjoys travel, hiking, baking, and yoga.
Tony DeVito is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the Tampa Bay Area. Tony was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps after 8 years of faithful service. During his time in the Marines, he traveled many countries in Southeast Asia assisting in Humanitarian Missions. When he returned to the States, Tony, began managing the logistics of humanitarian and combat ready missions for the Marine Corps. After his time in the military, he attended college while working at a Document Services vendor where he was first introduced to litigation support. Tony then started as a litigation support analyst at a law firm where he quickly moved up the ranks to become a Project Manager in eDiscovery. Tony uses his logistical background from the Marine Corps as an advantage to methodically manage his matters and continues to view each matter as a mission. On his free time, Tony enjoys practicing Martial Arts, helping veterans as a part of the Veteran Advisory Board in his county, and most of all spending time with his daughter.
Nicole DiBlasi is a Managing Vice President at IST Management Services, handling eDiscovery sales in North and Central Florida. She is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in communications and a concentration in sociology. Nicole has a passion for technology and the law, and this has developed into an in-depth understanding of eDiscovery and litigation workflow, practices and procedures. She has proven success in building and maintaining client relationships, and gaining credibility with senior level decision makers. Nicole is also a classically trained, prize-winning violinist, who has performed as soloist with several orchestras. She is a staunch advocate for music education and the importance of the arts in our world. As a top five finalist at Miss Massachusetts in the Miss America Organization, she won both the talent and lifestyle/fitness awards. Nicole has interned with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the House of Representatives, and the U.S. Office of Pretrial Services. Nicole helped to raise over $15,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and is a member of the VH1 Save the Music Foundation. In her spare time, Nicole loves cooking, fitness training, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Kasey Eckman is an National Account Manager for IST in the Indianapolis and Louisville market, specializing in e-Discovery and digital forensics. She joins IST with several years of experience in customer service and medical devices sales in the Nashville, Tennessee area. She graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. As a walk on played four years of soccer and earned her Bachelor's Degree in business management. Kasey is a team player and is very passionate about meeting new people and establishing business relationships with them. She is very focused when it comes to solving problems. She also has a passion for fitness and loves the outdoors. She'll take any day out on the lake! She loves watching and attending sport events. She is originally from Ohio and is very loyal to her dear Cleveland Browns football team.
Jennifer Ellison is a Managing Vice President for IST's Phoenix Market, with a focus on Facilities Management and specializing in e-Discovery solutions. Jennifer comes to IST with a background in the hospitality industry, specifically restaurant management. As a general manager, Jennifer was an integral part of increasing the sales for her location annually by 5%. She has worked with over 15 philanthropic organizations and is passionately involved in raising awareness about childhood bullying, especially the Kind Campaign. An Iowa native that transplanted to Phoenix over ten years ago, Jennifer enjoys rooting for the Hawkeye's and spends her spare time writing and hiking and is a proud mother of two young boys.
Gary Harris is a Senior Project Manager of eDiscovery for IST Management Services. Gary has over 16 years of experience in eDiscovery, document processing and litigation support. Previous to his current position, Gary was a Director of Operations at Excela Technologies and a Senior Operations Manager at Novitex Enterprise Solutions overseeing all aspects of document processing including eDiscovery, Hosting, indexing, and attorney assisted review. Gary has also worked as a Solution Consultant at PBMS and is certified in Six Sigma. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
Azure Hicks-Brown is an RCA Certified eDiscovery Project Manager for IST Management. Azure is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she received a BBA in Information Systems. While at Georgia Southern, Azure worked in the on-campus Computer Lab where she first found her love of computer technology. After graduation, Azure spent the next decade working in Call Center Operations and Business Analysis in Research Triangle Park, NC. At the turn of the millenia, Azure moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she began her career as a CyberForensics Analyst within Bank of America's newly formed internal eDiscovery department. Years later, after leaving the corporate world for the flexibility of the third-party vendor, Azure has worked her way up through the ranks to acquire the knowledge and experience she has today. Heading up project both large and small, Azure focuses on making sure her clients have the tools and education needed to make each project a success. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books by her favorite author, listening to eclectic musical selections and spending time with her family.
Ryan Horton is a Digital Forensic Expert for IST Management Services. Ryan has been involved with digital data and forensics for 7 years. He has served his clients in both civil and criminal cases with a knack for quick solutions to complicated collection needs. Ryan has extensive knowledge in mobile device forensics as well as computer and cloud data collections. He has provided expert testimony in both Federal and State Court for criminal and civil matters. Working with a variety of government and private entities, Ryan has developed a well-rounded set of skills to tackle collections, preservations, analysis, and consulting on multiple matters involving digital data. When he is not conducting analysis, you can find Ryan tinkering with various technologies and gadgets.
Kathleen H. Huerta is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the St. Louis area. Kathleen has over 15 years’ experience in eDiscovery. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies, and started her career as a Paralegal at a law firm. During her time as a Paralegal, she built several databases and discovered her love for eDiscovery. Kathleen has worked on many different types of matters including DOJ, Attorney General CID’s, MDLs and Class Actions. She has continued her education through attending Relativity Fest and user group meetings, and has years of experience in collections. She is passionate about giving her clients the best possible eDiscovery support no matter what the challenges are.
Andy Jacobs is a Digital Forensic Expert for IST Management Services based out of Denver, CO. Andy brings five years of systems administration and three years of computer forensic expertise with him to IST. He has worked on civil litigation matters, as well as criminal, across multiple different platforms of digital media. With a passion, Andy is constantly exploring solutions for new environments, in an ever changing technological world. He brings an energetic deposition to the company, with a can do attitude, and outgoing personality.
Hailing from Ohio, Andy is an avid sports fan, following The Ohio State Buckeyes and Columbus Crew. When not delving into the world of forensics, he is outside exploring the active food scene in Denver, or hiking in the mountains.
Katie Jones is an Account Executive for IST Management Services handling eDiscovery sales in the greater Nashville area. Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She has extensive experience in customer service and sales in the healthcare, legal, and IT markets. Katie is passionate about building relationships and providing exceptional customer service to her clients. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, swimming, taking her dog to the park, and live music. She loves sports and is loyal to her Tennessee Vols, Titans and Predators!
Colin Lerch is a Regional Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services. Colin is responsible for managing new and existing business in the Carolinas. Colin has over 15 years of experience consulting on all types of cases from complex MDL Intellectual Property cases to Alienation of Affection. Cultivating relationships with clients enables him to understand their needs and provide real value to their business. “As a Regional Vice President, I focus on customer service and provide the expertise and resources my clients need to be successful.” Colin has consulted with law firms and corporations in the areas of litigation holds, document retention, forensic collections and large scale document reviews.
Colin received a Finance degree from Auburn University and enjoys taking his wife and two sons back for football and baseball games. Colin also coaches youth basketball and baseball, and sits on the Board of Directors at Mint Hill Athletic Association for baseball.
Patricia Mora-Rojas is a Regional Vice President for IST’s Atlanta with an extensive background in customer service, management, and sales. As a committed professional and creative thinker, Patricia has had ample success navigating negotiation processes that have turn regular business contracts into sustained partnerships. Patricia's experience managing multi-dwelling apartments with Milestone management for 2 years awarded her the sensibility to interact with clients in a multicultural setting and in the last year had achieved the Million Dollar Club twice. Patricia is committed to a healthy lifestyle and has a passion for fitness which prompted her to become a certified fitness instructor, a role that opened up a number of opportunities to give back to the local community in Atlanta, as she became an advocate for promoting active lifestyles as a way to empower at-risk-youth through several fundraiser's organized in fitness facilities across Atlanta and suburban areas. Patricia enjoys traveling, dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Ranae Shepherd is an Account Executive for IST’s Los Angeles market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She joins IST from a career in sales with an extensive background in Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing. Ranae is known for her servant’s heart and has had tremendous success building and maintaining client relationships. In addition to her never ending work ethic of serving her clients she has had longevity with every company she has ever worked alongside. Ranae assists her husband in church ministry along with running a nonprofit helping those in the entertainment industry. Once a month she does a devotion at the women’s jail speaking to over 150 inmates as well as conducting a devotion for a local female sober living home. Ranae has been a wish granter for the Make a Wish foundation for 14 years.
