    Greg Caraway is Vice President of eDiscovery for IST Management Services. Greg has over twelve years of experience leading project teams in the management of extremely large document processing and review engagements involving multiple terabytes of data.  Previous to his current position, Greg was a Director of Client Services at DTI and a Practice Support Project Manager with Jones Day LLP.  Greg has also worked as a Litigation Trial Consultant for GDC Animation creating trial graphics and animations.  Mr. Caraway is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Design Computing.



    Marc Alscher is a Managing Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services. Marc is responsible for directly overseeing new and existing business and assisting in developing new eDiscovery solutions. Marc comes to IST with 20 years of experience in litigation support and electronic data discovery. Marc has vast experience in multi-billion dollar intellectual property, securities and environmental litigation. He has consulted with law firms and corporations in the areas of litigation holds, document retention policies, data collections and large scale document reviews.

    Marc is currently on the board for Legal Associations Network With a Purpose (LANWIP), an organization that raises money for various charities throughout the year. He was the 2013 and 2014 president of the South Florida chapter of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals (ALSP). Marc has a BS in Business Administration from Bradley University and volunteers to save dogs from being euthanized.



    Kevin Boissinot is Regional Vice President for eDiscovery at IST Management Services. He is responsible for generating and managing new and existing eDiscovery business. Kevin comes to IST with 6 years of litigation support and eDiscovery experience. He dedicates himself to ensuring that the customer service he provides consistently exceeds clients expectations. When he is not working Kevin spends as much time as possible with his wife Amy and their 4 children that range from 18 years to 3 years. Kevin also spends a lot of time watching Louisville City FC, one of the newest Soccer teams to be added to the USL and was elected as Vice President to one of the newest Louisville City official Supporters groups. He also loves music and likes to sit and play guitar and drums.



    Tony Brown is a Regional Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services.  Currently he is responsible for cultivating new relationships and driving new business as well as managing existing relationships in the Greater Chicago area.  Tony brings to IST 14 years of experience consulting Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments in the area of eDiscovery services and Litigation Support. Outside of work Tony enjoys spending time with his three boys, mostly in a hockey arena.  He also looks forward to traveling all around the Midwest to various National Soccer and Hockey tournaments that his sons participate in throughout the year.  Tony stays active in his community by Coaching youth Soccer, Hockey and Track n Field events.



    Nicole DiBlasi is a Managing Vice President at IST Management Services, handling eDiscovery sales in North and Central Florida. She is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in communications and a concentration in sociology. Nicole has a passion for technology and the law, and this has developed into an in-depth understanding of eDiscovery and litigation workflow, practices and procedures. She has proven success in building and maintaining client relationships, and gaining credibility with senior level decision makers. Nicole is also a classically trained, prize-winning violinist, who has performed as soloist with several orchestras. She is a staunch advocate for music education and the importance of the arts in our world. As a top five finalist at Miss Massachusetts in the Miss America Organization, she won both the talent and lifestyle/fitness awards. Nicole has interned with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the House of Representatives, and the U.S. Office of Pretrial Services. Nicole helped to raise over $15,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and is a member of the VH1 Save the Music Foundation. In her spare time, Nicole loves cooking, fitness training, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.



    Jennifer Ellison is a Managing Vice President for IST's Phoenix Market, with a focus on Facilities Management and specializing in e-Discovery solutions.  Jennifer comes to IST with a background in the hospitality industry, specifically restaurant management.  As a general manager, Jennifer was an integral part of increasing the sales for her location annually by 5%.  She has worked with over 15 philanthropic organizations and is passionately involved in raising awareness about childhood bullying, especially the Kind Campaign.  An Iowa native that transplanted to Phoenix over ten years ago, Jennifer enjoys rooting for the Hawkeye's and spends her spare time writing and hiking and is a proud mother of two young boys.



    Tori Gordon is a Regional Vice President of eDiscovery for IST Management Services in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. She graduated from The University of Alabama with her bachelors in social work before transitioning into sales. Her background is in the nonprofit sector, which she believes has helped her to be able to work well with all types of people groups. She held an intern position with a large adoption agency in Birmingham, Alabama where she was able to work alongside a team of professionals planning conferences and post adoption seminars for families in the local areas.



    Cara Lemire, Managing Vice President for the New York market, has several years of business development and eDiscovery consulting experience. She specializes in supporting AM 100 law firms and Fortune 1000 corporations from collection through production. Prior to entering the legal industry, she graduated from Brown University with an honors degree in Literary Arts, where she was a copy editor and contributing writer for the Brown Daily Herald. Additionally, she was employed by the University as an annual fund caller, where she raised thousands of dollars each year. As a performer and published writer/photographer, Cara spends much of her spare time at the theater, galleries and museums. She also enjoys writing, blogging, traveling and playing soccer.



    Colin Lerch is a Regional Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services. Colin is responsible for managing new and existing business in the Carolinas. Colin has over 15 years of experience consulting on all types of cases from complex MDL Intellectual Property cases to Alienation of Affection. Cultivating relationships with clients enables him to understand their needs and provide real value to their business. “As a Regional Vice President, I focus on customer service and provide the expertise and resources my clients need to be successful.” Colin has consulted with law firms and corporations in the areas of litigation holds, document retention, forensic collections and large scale document reviews.

    Colin received a Finance degree from Auburn University and enjoys taking his wife and two sons back for football and baseball games.  Colin also coaches youth basketball and baseball, and sits on the Board of Directors at Mint Hill Athletic Association for baseball.



    Paul Tatosian is the Regional Vice President of IST Management Services in Illinois.  Paul has over twenty years of experience in the eDiscovery services arena, having worked previously for Symantec, Actiance and Mimosa Software selling both services and solutions from Clearwell, Relativity and Kroll.  Along with a proven track record of success, Paul brings to IST a solid background in all aspects of the eDiscovery business.  Paul will drive IST’s growth and client satisfaction in the Midwest market and Virginia where he enjoys a second home in the DC area.

    Paul resides in Illinois and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Southern Illinois University and University of Arizona.



    Dreinie Botha is an Account Executive for IST’s Denver market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She joined IST from a career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in South Africa – Where she won multiple prizes for excellence in the field in various capacities. She is still able to call some of her past clients, friends. She has a degree in psychology and education, which combined is a great tool for keeping her clients happy and building a relationship that lasts, even past the date a prospective client becomes a client. Dreinie enjoys devoting as much time as possible to good causes like inmate family dinners, outreach to single mother homes and always has love left to give to animals.



    Claire Caruso is an account executive for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the Chicago market for eDiscovery. Claire graduated from The University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business receiving a bachelor’s of business administration in both marketing and management. Claire has a strong background in entrepreneurship, having held a coveted office in the Bedell Entrepreneurship Learning Laboratory, the country’s largest student incubator for students pursuing a startup while attending college.  A team thinker with strategic business intellect, Claire thrives on taking partnership management to new levels. She has had tremendous success in her previous role as marketing coordinator at SK Models. This unique industry allowed her to travel and learn about new cultures. Unbridled enthusiasm, a strong sense of corporate citizenship and a high standard of ethics are at the core of her capabilities. As a solution driven person, Claire’s philosophy is simple; service is the reason behind results! In her spare time, Claire advocates for sustainable practices, enjoys Hawkeye football games, traveling and spending time with family and friends.



    Lenora Caruso is an Account Executive for IST’s St. Louis Market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She graduated with a dual degree in Elementary and Middle Level Education from the University of Northern Iowa before moving into sales. She has spent time as an expat in China, Singapore, and Mexico developing strong communication skills, allowing her to effectively deliver exceptional customer service. Her volunteer efforts include supporting Girls on the Run, an organization which helps develop self-esteem in young girls. During her free time, Lenora enjoys travel, hiking, baking, and yoga.



    Virginia Clymore is an Account Executive at IST Management Services, handling eDiscovery sales in Raleigh/Durham North Carolina. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a degree in Communications and Marketing and a minor in Journalism. Virginia has a passion for building relationships and being a savvy sales person. In college, she interned with two major marketing companies--building her background experience and honing her leadership, public-speaking, and professional skills.

    Virginia is also an advocate for the Confidence Coalition, Girl Scouts of the USA, and Prevent Child Abuse America, raising over $25,000 combined for the non-profit organizations. She was the first-runner up to Miss North Carolina in 2017, competing as Miss Raleigh for the US International pageant system. She was a student athlete on her University's collegiate cheerleading and dance team where she was recognized as a Chancellor's All-Academic Award recipient for having the highest GPA on the team. Virginia is an alumna of Kappa Delta Sorority and during her collegiate years she was elected to hold council positions in public relations, and membership education. She was also an assistant editor on her college newspaper staff, writing stories and selling page advertisement spaces to local businesses. In her free time, Virginia enjoys meeting new people, volunteering and public-speaking at community/campus events.



    Lauren is an Account Executive for the New York market; she graduated from New York University’s Steinhardt School with a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning. As a former middle school teacher in a Title 1 School in Brooklyn, Lauren utilizes her skills in problem-solving and building meaningful connections to further enhance her customer service. A proponent for physical activity and mental stability, she is in the process of becoming a fitness instructor and thoroughly enjoys reading suspense novels.



    Loni Molacek is an Account Executive for IST Management Services, handling eDiscovery services within the Kansas City Missouri market. Loni graduated from University of Kansas with a degree in Sociology and minor in Communications.   She comes to IST from an extensive background in outside sales focusing on pharmaceuticals, textiles, and manufacturing.  We believe her past experience in building successful relationships and effectively educating clients on products and services will add great value to the IST eDiscovery team. Personally, Loni is actively involved in The March Dimes of Kansas City, a charity focused on preventing premature births. Last year, her family was nominated as the Ambassador Mission Family and raised over $383,000 dollars at the MOD Signature Chefs Auction.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, family and friends, staying fit, and traveling to new places.



    Patricia Mora is an Account Executive for IST’s Atlanta with an extensive background in customer service, management, and sales. As a committed professional and creative thinker, Patricia has had ample success navigating negotiation processes that have turn regular business contracts into sustained partnerships. Patricia's experience managing multi-dwelling apartments with Milestone management for 2 years awarded her the sensibility to interact with clients in a multicultural setting and in the last year had achieved the Million Dollar Club twice. Patricia is committed to a healthy lifestyle and has a passion for fitness which prompted her to become a certified fitness instructor, a role that opened up a number of opportunities to give back to the local community in Atlanta, as she became an advocate for promoting active lifestyles as a way to empower at-risk-youth through several fundraiser's organized in fitness facilities across Atlanta and suburban areas.  Patricia enjoys traveling, dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family.



    Miranda Ryan is an Account Executive for eDiscovery at IST Management Services in the Boston market. Miranda comes to IST with several years of sales experience through merchant services, auto services and medical devices. She holds her license of Real Estate in the state of Massachusetts with a focus on residential properties.  Her compassion and attention to detail is what has put her in top rankings amongst peers throughout her career. Ms. Ryan is a Worcester State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business management. What she enjoys most outside of her everyday work is her passion for spontaneous travel and indulging in home makeover projects.



    Ranae Shepherd is an Account Executive for IST’s Los Angeles market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She joins IST from a career in sales with an extensive background in Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing. Ranae is known for her servant’s heart and has had tremendous success building and maintaining client relationships. She has been a top sales producer yearly with her previous firm earning her consistent monthly bonuses and allowing her to be the first sales rep out of 1,500 to qualify for an all-expense paid company incentive trip. In addition to her never ending work ethic of serving her clients she has had longevity with every company she has ever worked alongside. Ranae assists her husband in church ministry along with running a non-profit helping those in the entertainment industry. Once a month she does a devotion at the women’s jail speaking to over 150 inmates as well as conducting a devotion for a local female sober living home. Ranae has been a wish granter for the Make a Wish foundation for 14 years. In her spare time Ranae loves to cook and film her cooking show, go shopping and laugh a lot with her husband.



    Jennifer Titus is an Account Executive for e-Discovery in the New York and New Jersey markets. She joins IST Management Services from a strong background in insurance sales and customer service. Specializing and focusing in customer relations, she is accustomed to working around the clock to make sure that her clients receive the best service possible. Jen graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rider University with a BA in English and minor in Musical Theatre & American Studies. She was an active member of the Sigma Tau Delta honor society and recipient of the Girl Scout Gold Award. Jen is a New York State Notary Public and licensed in life, health and P&C insurance in New York & New Jersey. In her free time Jen volunteers with local community theatres and is a skiing instructor.



    Tameca Brooks is an eDiscovery Project Manager for IST Management Services.  Tameca has 13 years of Paralegal and Project Management experience supporting attorneys in a variety of large-scale litigations.  She has supported case teams involved in ITC; Second Requests; and other Federal, District and State Court litigations.  Prior to her current position, Tameca has worked as a Project Manager at Iris Data Services and DTI.  Tameca holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science Degree in Biotechnology from University of Maryland University College.



    David Bonson is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the San Francisco Bay Area.  David has 13 years’ experience in eDiscovery/Litigation support service, has worked for multiple AMLAW 100 firms and most recently was the Senior Manager of eDiscovery with the Walmart Legal eDiscovery team. Working with case teams on various litigation matters for several years has given David an extensive working knowledge of Relativity and how it best serves clients.  David has also been a Trial Consultant with ACT in California and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Mathematics.  David is happily married and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.



    Jeff Grogan is an eDiscovery project manager for IST Discover-E.  Jeff has 15 years of experience supporting attorneys in a variety of litigations.  He has worked with case teams involved in multinational litigations.  Previously, Jeff served as Director of Litigation Support and Information Technology at Mazursky Constantine for 3 years and was in the Jones Day Atlanta office for 12 years.  Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.



    Azure Hicks-Brown is an RCA Certified eDiscovery Project Manager for IST Management. Azure is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she received a BBA in Information Systems. While at Georgia Southern, Azure worked in the on-campus Computer Lab where she first found her love of computer technology. After graduation, Azure spent the next decade working in Call Center Operations and Business Analysis in Research Triangle Park, NC. At the turn of the millenia, Azure moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she began her career as a CyberForensics Analyst within Bank of America's newly formed internal eDiscovery department. Years later, after leaving the corporate world for the flexibility of the third-party vendor, Azure has worked her way up through the ranks to acquire the knowledge and experience she has today. Heading up project both large and small, Azure focuses on making sure her clients have the tools and education needed to make each project a success. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books by her favorite author, listening to eclectic musical selections and spending time with her family.
